Hello everyone. I am a recently graduated [10/30/09] and I only got 1 pre-hire from the school. The pre-hire is from Stevens Transport and the orientation isn't till March! If I was for that time myself and family will be living out in the streets.
Since I am located in Florida I know that this is the worse state to live in, with a CDL-class A. But their has to be a company willing to hire a newbie graduate.
Any insight or information about inexperience drivers hiring companies please pass along this way, it would be greatly appreciated. I have plans to get the tanker and hazmat endorsement but at this time the funds are at low status. So, at this time those endorsements will have to wait.
Anyways may you all have a safe weekend and a safe journey out on the roads.
