DAC Drug test question??

DAC Drug test question??

About 3 yrs ago i failed a pre-employment drug screen, will this be on my DAC? the company was FFE.

If it is over 3 years old No. drug results are not on DAC anyway just your work record and accident history... companies then have you sign a drug/alchohol release form that is faxed to the company for verification. Companies can not release that info if it is over 3 years old.. It will however say that you were termed for a company policy violation..
