Looking for Autoshift Companies Only

Postby DIXIEBELL1953 on Sun Mar 16, 2008 9:13 pm

 I have 2.5yrs driving exp. and seeking employment. Driving record has 1 preventable and 1 unpreventable from 2006, neither one was with injury or much damage and no police called for either one. I have a totally clean background. My main problem is being "blackballed" by the last driving company I drove for! This small o/o company out of little rock, ar. is part of a huge autoshift company out of chattanooga, tn. :!: To make my story short, I was refused my hometime after being out 3 weeks and told I could not go home for my preplanned doctors appt. :!: I sent on the qualcomm that I was going home because I could not miss this doctor's appt. and that I quit and took the truck to the terminal that I had picked it up from in the beginning. When I received my last payday, it was for 80.00, should have been over 900.00 :!: Found out when I sent for a copy of my DAC that he had put "unauthorized use of equipment" and "discharged" on it :!:
Can you help me find a company that would understand my point of view on this farce and give me a job driving regional, dedicated or local?
Thanks

Congrats DixieBell53! Glad to see you overcame the DAC report. Hope you can stay with that company for a long time. The longer you are, the further you can bury the Chattanooga company in the past! Good luck!
