Has anyone ever worked for this company? If so, was your experience with them, good or bad? It is an O/O with his own small company who leases most of his trucks from USX and hires his own drivers.

Yes, Kevin, this is the company that screwed me over! I have also written a piece about this company on the ripoffreports.com site. Thank you for allowing me to warn other drivers about this man and how he does his drivers. This company, Beech Freight Systems, is out of North Little Rock, Arkansas off of I-40. This company claims to be a Christian, family run outfit but when you are with them for a little while, you will start being harrassed, told to run your truck with air leaks that they didn't want to take the time or expense to fix but when you refuse to run a truck which is illegal to run and demand it be fixed, your whole driving career can go down the tubes real quick with this company! A long story made short, I had been out otr for 3 weeks, always put in for hometime 2 weeks ahead of time, only required to stay out for 2 weeks at a time, when my hometime came due with a preplanned doctors appt., I was told by Harvey Beech that I could not go home because I had not run enough miles for him yet!! I have found out that I wasn't the only driver that was done this way by him. Being the good driver that I am, I asked for a repower because I was put under a load and knew if I delivered it I would miss my doctors appt. and my hometime. I was refused the repower and the hometime and told to deliver the load to Arkansas or else! I took the truck to the USX terminal that I had originally picked it up from, wrote my resignation on the qualcom in the truck, cleaned the truck out and went home. I now have "unauthorized use of equipment" and "discharged" on my DAC Report by this man. I do hope that this piece I have written will help another good driver not get caught up in a BAD COMPANY like Beech Freight Systems!
