USA CDL JOBS TRUCK DRIVER FORUM

I got out of trucking school and went to work for Werner. I have been here going on 2 months and I dont like it at all. Can i get hired with another company and if so would I have to do my training all over again?

Douglas, If you can stick it out I would try to stay with them at least 6 months. 6 months by yourself in a truck not counting your training, so whenever you got your truck assigned to you is when your experience starts. Most companies would require you to do some kind of training if you moved now. Also good companies frown on job hoppers, so if you can tough it out, that's what I would do. If you are going broke and have no choice contact me and we will go over some options with you!
