You cant just call DAC to get it fixed, if I am right the company that has the info listed on your DAC is the only one who can get it removed , unless you get an attorney. You can list your comments on your DAC.

You are correct , drivers cant get the info removed only companies can remove it, I posted the numbers to help you guys contact them. You can also hound your company everyday, that works sometimes, please let us know how things work out.

I must agree with you Kevin on everything you have posted about DAC Reports. 8) I had a company put "unauthorized use of equipment" and "discharged" on my DAC after voluntarily quitting on the qualcomm and returning the truck to the exact location that I had originally picked it up when I was hired!!! I am now in the process of requesting an updated copy of my DAC Report and the Rebuttal Form to at least have them add my side of the story to my Record and investigate my allegations. :!: I have not been able to find employment with any trucking company because of what this man put on my DAC Report and neither things are true!! It does seem very unfair that a trucking company can add whatever they like to a driver's DAC :?: but the driver can not have it removed unless the company wants to remove it or the driver attains an attorney :!:
Thanks, Kevin, for putting all of this helpful info on your site as it will help other drivers who have been wronged by companies and lies put on their DAC'S!

Yea it really upsets me about the way things play out in this industry. It most often always swings toward the companies favor, but thats why I do what I do. I cant wait for this forum to take off, it is doing really well, and will be a very good tool for drivers to use ! Did you ever talk to one of my agents to see if we could get anything done for you?

Kevin I called the next day but you were gone and was told I need to talk with you only. Haven't gotten back to ya yet but have applied for every trucking company I can think of! No responses as of yet!

Hi Kevin,
Yes, Jenn has actually given me hope again of driving and making use of my CDL again!! I am hopeful that she can get me driving again with one of the companies she mentioned over the phone.
Thank yall for being here to help us drivers who have reached the end of our ropes!!
