I am a recent grad and pam is trying to hire me, can anyone give me info about this company?

I cant speak for everyone but if you have other companies that are looking at you pam would be my last choice. I had a really bad trainer, they wouldnt get me another one, they had horrible pay. I left them and took a job with cal ark , I really like it over here.

I know some things are out of your control when you first go to work, but 90% of how things work out depends on your attitude. If you work with the company and keep a good attitude you should be fine. Your training company more than likely wont be the company you retire from anyway. If you do take PAMs offer , make the best of it and stay with them for at least 6 months to a year. Dont have any accidents, keep your record clean, and all kinds of doors will open to you in the future!!
