USIS AND MY FELONY?

Gentleman, I have a question of which I probly know the answer. I have an felony assault charge that is 22yrs old.I had a friend of mine do a driver report on this hire right svc and nothing came back about my felony. I have also recently renewed my CDL and hazmat and it came back without a problem. So my question is , I want to apply for a job at this company but of course it says " NO FELONYS" So of course I'm in between of what to do.

Did you request a criminal history from hireright? or just the drivers report and MVR... Did you receive a page that said no criminal history?

Regardless of it not being on your DAC/USIS/HireRight report, I'm rather certain it is still listed on your (or the state of occurence) Criminal record.
I have a DWI conviction from 8/91 and while it's NOT listed anywhere on my HireRight report, it IS on my State MVR, so I cannot say with impunity I do not have a DWI and not every company that has trucks has an account or deals with DAC/USIS/HireRight.

I did that HireRight report and yes you need to make sure you clicked on all the documents you wanted. I have seen my arrest back in the early 80, when I was 17yrs old. So If I saw my arrest I am sure you will see yours.
If not go with the DAC we have here and they will hook you up.
