How our process works

Postby dacfix on Thu Jan 21, 2010 1:16 pm

When a driver calls in we first talk to them about what is on their DAC reports or what they have been told is on their DAC reports.

If a driver is unsure, we will always suggest that they pull of copy of their report, which comes in to our office 10-12 days after we order it. That way we know exactly what we are dealing with.

If a driver is sure what is on their DAC reports, we then find out what happened in each of the situations listed.

Our process is this:

We first pull the most recent copy of a driver's DAC report. Again, this takes 10-12 days to come in from Hire Right. Once the report comes in, we then provide the driver with a copy via email, fax or email. This is the driver's choice as to how it is to be delivered: email, fax or mail. In addition, we schedule the driver a telephone appointment with one of our Driver Advocates to go over that entire report, take the driver's detailed statement on each of the items being listed and begin that dispute process.

The dispute process, due to FRCA guidelines, does take about 6 weeks to complete but once we are through the process, we pull another copy of your DAC report, the clean copy, provide a copy to the driver and schedule another telephone appointment with the driver advocate to go over the results.

We win, on average, 70% of everything that we dispute, so we do have a very high success rate.
