I have worked for a lot of companies, and if you like flatbed here is the place to be. Maverick is by far the best company I have worked for.

I agree with you, I drove for Maverick for 7 years, I was driver of the month and a trainer, but I found a union driving job and so I left them. Bottom line is that with Maverick you play the game by their rules and you win, try playing by your rules and you lose!
