Knight Transportation

If your thinking of going to work for Knight Don't. I just went out for 14 Days I sat in Phoenix for 4 days the so called on load games. Then got deadheaded to Fontana Ca and sat for 2 days then they come to me with this you have to do some locals before we'll give you a good load. So I did the locals and then they gave me a 1000 mile run. needless to say they got there keys back from me. If I'm OTR give me the miles but if I'm local give me a day cab. Why is this hard to understand?
