Since such accidents are not listed, do not be then concerned about them.
I'm actually surprised those are not listed because the big Companies often list all kinds of stuff on DAC/USIS now called HireRight reports.

4 backing accidents suggests from many that maybe you might try G.O.A.L. or GET OUT AND LOOK, however if you have not driven since '06, you may very well just want to stay clear of driving especially with the already here yet not fully implemented csa2010.

I have NO IDEA which Companies are available to you or which Companies offer Refresher Training.
Were you initially Trained to Drive at Swift or elsewhere??
If elsewhere then possibly go there. If at Swift, oh well you may well have to begin as if you've never before driven. It's the way Trucking operates, IF you can get back in.

Good Luck but you're not alone by any means.
I hope the BEst uv WELLness 2-u-n-urs-n ALL adventures!!
I hope you comprehend what I'm posting because sometimes I wonder......or wander.
