I want to get in the industry but cant find a company sponsor does any body know ware i should look next (I live in easteren nc)

Why will companies not sponsor you first off? do you have a problem with your background or work history?

Have you heard anything thing about TriCounty Skills Center in Hansonville, VA? I'll also call my local unemployment office but ever time I've been there it's been a joke.
