I DO NOT use drugs. I do work not just drop and hook. I sometimes take a pain pill after work that my MD has given me. I was out of Vicodin and had called in a refill. I looked around the house and found some Tylenol 3 in my desk so I took one. Two days later I was tested and came up positive for Codeine. I am not a user and did not know their where not all the same. [b]Vicodin, Percocet, Tylenol 3[/b]. The Tylenol RX was over a year old and I didn’t have the bottle. The print out and a letter from my MD was no good, I had to have the RX bottle. I was let go from my job. My work told me if I could overturn this I would be reinstated. So I was looking for help!! So if I can ask? What kind of Lawyer do I need?
