driving trucks in the U,S,

hi,,
im a 60 yr old English guy with family over in CT,,
im looking to move over as soon as possable,
i have been truck driving for over 30 yrs and experienced in most aspects of the job,, including Europe, North Africa,[before the war] ect,ect,
i understand i need a sponser,?? as i cannot apply for a green card,,
would you guys know of another way to get a job,,
